How to prepare for my appointment

1. Drink atleast 2 litres of water a day in the days leading up to appointment. (should be doing this regularly anyway, all kinds of benefits.)

2. Do not eat 2 hours before appointment.

3. Do not put on any lotions or fragrances on your body

4. Do not drink alcohol at least 24 hours before appointment

5. No smoking atleast 24 hours before

6. If you have time, do a dry brush before you come, no shower afterwards needed.

7. Wear clothes you will not mind getting dirty or messed up.

8. Take off any jewerly and leave at home

9. If you have a body shaper, this is encouraged for those working on their abs.
