1. Continue to drink 2 litres of water a day 2. Do not eat up to 1 hour afterwards. Light meals will help your body do even better. 3. Do not drink alcohol up to 72 hours after 4. Do not smoke up to 72 hours after 5. Your body is going to excrete the melted cells through urinary system for up to 3 days. Exercise or even light walks and movement will help your body do more fat expelling. 6. Keep your fat loss by making a few changes to your diet, movements, hydration levels.
It is up to you to keep your inch loss off. Like any weightloss protocol, you must keep the loss off. The loss last forever if you don't gain new weight.
